Risk
Attitudes - Experiment

Welcome to this page. My name is Krzysztof Kontek and I live in Warsaw,
Poland.
The experiment concerns risk attitudes and consists of 12 simple
choices.
The results of the experiment will be described in my paper
presenting an alternative model to Prospect Theory (Kahneman,
Tversky, 1979, 1992). The experimental data
were requested by a journal reviewer to support the reasoning
presented.
If you decide to take part in the experiment click here (however,
if you live in Poland click
here).
This
Internet experiment has been designed using Michael Birnbaum's
SurveyWiz tools*.
I got acquainted with these tools during
the workshop on
Web-Research techniques held at the
California State
University, Fullerton, CA in January 2011.
Many thanks to Michael Birnbaum (CSU, Fullerton, CA) and
Ulf-Dietrich Reips (University of Deusto, Bilbao, Spain) for
presenting inspiring ideas.
